Salt Lake City, Utah — We’re proud to share that The Residences at Sugar Alley has been recognized as a 2025 “Most Outstanding Project” in the Multi-Family category by Utah Construction & Design.
This annual award highlights Utah’s top construction achievements, recognizing projects that exemplify excellence in design, craftsmanship, innovation, and collaboration. Being named among the 2025 honorees is a meaningful milestone for Sugar Alley and a reflection of the care and intention behind every detail of the community.
Located in the heart of Sugar House, The Residences at Sugar Alley brings together modern apartment homes and penthouses, luxury amenities, and a vibrant mixed-use environment designed for walkable, urban living. The project was delivered through a collaborative effort between Lowe Property Group, construction partner Kier Construction Corporation, architect MVE Architects, and interior design studio Espie Creative. Working together, the team shaped Sugar Alley into the community it is today.
Beyond the residences themselves, Sugar Alley was designed to function as a true neighborhood destination. The community features an activated retail experience with current and announced tenants, including Hearth and Hill, Hill’s Kitchen, Barry’s, and Sweetgreen (coming soon)—offering residents and neighbors convenient access to dining, fitness, and wellness options just steps from home.
This recognition reflects the collective dedication of the development, construction, architectural, engineering, and design teams, as well as the Sugar House community, whose support helped bring Sugar Alley to life as one of Salt Lake City’s most thoughtfully designed mixed-use apartment communities.
