The project was delivered through a collaborative effort between Lowe Property Group, construction partner Kier Construction Corporation, architect MVE Architects, and interior design studio Espie Creative. This recognition reflects the collective dedication of the development, construction, architectural, engineering, and design teams, as well as the Sugar House community, whose support helped bring Sugar Alley to life as one of Salt Lake City’s most thoughtfully designed mixed-use apartment communities.
