Sugar Alley has been a project years in the making, with construction beginning back in Fall 2020. Now, as we near completion, we’re thrilled to share a glimpse of the progress and invite you to join us on this exciting journey. This milestone isn’t just about completing a building—it’s about creating a luxurious living experience that blends modern design, incredible amenities, and breathtaking views in the heart of Sugar House.   To celebrate how far we’ve come, we’re sharing some recent photos from early November 2025. These snapshots highlight various stages of construction, including the progress in our units, the development of the pool deck, and the ongoing work on our state-of-the-art gym. While the gym is still under construction, it already offers a preview of the incredible workout experience ahead—complete with expansive, bountiful views of the surrounding Sugar House neighborhood.   But the true crown jewel of Sugar Alley is its views.
